Lloyd, this video reminds me of a broadcast on "Live at Five" earlier this month. The news show featured a section in which reporters discussed the use of tracking bracelets. Caregivers to children with autism and people with Alzheimer's symptoms said they would find the bracelets useful in keeping their loved ones safe.
